Growing up, it's all about food. My family owns F&B enterprises and I went on to study Culinary Business. So, this menu is a celebration of my previous life experiences as a cook at Peranakan restaurants. It is also an opportunity to show that you don't need atas ingredients to create a comforting, vibrant and 'proper' meal!
