Our first father-daughter duo Joseph and Susanna (@fahfahsaigai) is in the kitchen! This meat-free-but-not-vegetarian menu promises "maximum umami-ness", serving up dishes that are hearty, flavourful and inventive. Between Joseph's decades-long expertise as a full-time chef and Susanna's arts practice in creating sensorial encounters, it's going to be a fun one (especially seeing how this is also the first time they are cooking together). 🤭
