MEET THE HOU SEK QUEENS: Our first fully vegan meal of 2022! Having volunteered at Ground-Up Initiative (GUI)'s kitchens, Joyce and Jen are no strangers to preparing yummy lunches for large numbers. This well-balanced and hearty meal is inspired by 'Washoku' (和食）, '和' (He) refers to Japan or harmony, while '食'(Shi) means food.
