MEET THE HOU SEK QUEEN: A home cook with a passion for bold flavours, Elyssa learned to cook when she first moved to the UK, where dorm food was dismal and eating out was too expensive on a student budget. Since then, she has been cooking fusion cuisine, e.g. laksa pasta. Pre-covid, Elyssa hosted regular dinner parties for friends, so she's very excited to cook for a group again!
