MEET THE HOU SEK QUEENS: Annabelle and Chelsea are self-described "food buddies" who met while working at the Substation over 10 years ago. Despite a mutual love for cooking and entertaining, this is actually the FIRST TIME they will be making a meal together! Both avid travellers, Annabelle and Chelsea make it a point to sample local cruisines and source for new recipes. Over the years, they've also developed a tradition of bringing home interesting ingredients for each other to try! From a street food snack recommended by a taxi driver, to a delicious vegetarian staple, their menu is filled with Middle Eastern and East Asian flavours from their travels.
