MEET THE HOU SEK QUEENS: Meet our Practice producing squad, also affectionately referred to as the 'powerpuff girls', also known as Cecilia, Joey, Fervyn, Xiaomi and Xin. When asked about their creation for Recess Time, they joked about how the demands of work often mean that their cooking is dictated by creative one-pot wonders. For these ladies, food = fuel. As a team, they want to serve a menu that is hearty, healthy and more importantly, involving a little bit of guilty pleasure (this also reflects the dynamics of their group).
