MEET THE HOU SEK QUEEN: Our next chef, Priscill Koh is a freelance culinary instructor and consultant, whose current passion involves creating healthy alternative dishes that are super yummy, and have a local twist. She is also a part-time urban farmer! 'I think it has something to do with viewing life through food. Today's world is complex. My healthy alternative is really about simplicity. My recipes are ones that people can enjoy in the way we enjoy good conversation, good company and the comfort of friends and family.'
