Giving that tradition a modern twist, SALON (Not For Cutting Hair) brings together an eclectic mix of creators — from theatre-makers and visual artists to material scientists, musicians, and multi-hyphenated innovators.
A source of creative nourishment. A springboard for action. Get inspired by fresh perspectives and provocations, and unlock your own imaginative potential!
Each session unfolds in three acts:
Sharing — Step inside an artist's mind as they share the sparks, questions, and obsessions driving their practice.
Experience — Enough talk. Get hands-on with a creative activity led by the artist.
Supper (Optional) — Let your ideas marinate over a meal. Enjoy a feast of familiar favourites and off-menu experiments, prepared by Chef Kai (@drinkeatkw).
